He is a junior at "Saint Sava" National College. He has been interested in diplomacy since 9th grade, and familiar with the geopolitical conflicts since a young age. He now wants to give this opportunity to the youth sharing this passion.
Alexandra Dedu
She is a senior at “Saint Sava” National College in Bucharest. Model NATO has shaped her into the thoughtful individual she is today. Starting with her Chief of Media position from BMNATO’s 8th Edition and following with her Deputy General Manager position in Cluj Model NATO’s 1st edition, she led the first team who succeded in opening a new Model NATO headquarters. She believes that a leader should always seek for innovation, this is why she wanted BMNATO’s 9th Edition to be multilingual.
Harry Girlea
Harry is a junior at Saint Sava National College. More than anything, Harry loves offering his peers and himself opportunities to grow and develop in many different fields. His involvement in this conference stems from his love for debate and political sciences. His goal is to help passionate and like-minded people find an environment in which to grow and blossom into the leading minds of tomorrow.
Delia Dumbrava
She is a junior at 'Gheorghe Lazar' National College and she was a part of the 8th edition's organizing team as well. Her main passions are Media and Marketing, Public Speaking and Event Organizing. She has great communication skills and is a very dedicated person.
Alex Costea
He is a junior at the Mark Twain International School of Bucharest. His passions include leadership, diplomacy and politics. He is honoured to be part of the organizing team in this project that helped him develop as an individual.

Tudor Mihalcea
He is a junior at the National College of Informatics “Tudor Vianu”. He aspires to work in diplomacy and become the change in tomorrow’s world. His persistence in supporting his opinions is what made him participate in International Conferences. He is looking forward to motivating tomorrow’s leaders in order to make the world their safe home.
Maria Bozga
From leading this year’s conference, she has learned that BMNATO’s success stems from each team member’s and participant’s drive to discover and grow. She is humbled to have been nominated to build on the work of seven generations of passionate debaters, innovators and change makers. In 2021, Maria’s goal is to develop and pass on the unique, unforgettable experience that BMNATO is.
Constantinescu Ioan Matei
Matei has always shown a passion for public speaking and debating. He has participated in many conferences that prepared him for a challenge like BMNATO. This conference is one of the first events Matei attended in high school. He watched it rapidly develop and was attracted to the idea of giving others the experience he lived.

He is a sophomore at the Mark Twain International School of Bucharest. His passions include leadership, mathematics, and computer science. Honoured to be a part or BMNATO's team, he wishes to impart the knowledge and experiences he has gained from past debates.

Roxana Maximeasa
Roxana is the President of the Councils of BMNATO's 7th edition. She is a senior at the German "Goethe" High School Bucharest, who seeks to follow a path towards becoming a medical doctor. Her ambition and care for our world are what drove her to participating at other International Diplomacy Conferences, which taught her how important it is to discuss about global issues and take even the smallest action to impact the world. As an organizer of this year's event, she is looking forward to welcome passionate and determined participants at the Conference and, together with them, to be part of today's change.
Cristina Serban
Cristina is the General Manager for the 7th Edition of the BMNATO Conference, while a year before she was the strategy Manager of the conference. Her main passions are business management, leadership, and psychology; she is particularly interested in motorsport business. Having worked with a Formula 1 car racing team in the past, she loves to pursue entrepreneurial projects in any field. "Records are there to be beaten and history is there to be rewritten"
Maria Bozga
Maria is the Strategy Manager of the 7th Edition. While her interests include social innovations, computer science and debate, she also loves coffee. Often on an espresso buzz, she explores society’s intertwines of policy, management decisions and economics. Her fresh, informed perspectives ignite the thrive of her social initiatives and help her develop academically in law and business. ‘Per Tim Harford, cappuccino is the result of a great effort. My take on that is to get to know the people, better the system, and find the next Unicorn Frappuccino.’
